Beach View Barbados houses 36 spacious units of one-, two- and three-bedroom suites and is well maintained with gated security. Communal pool and separate kids’ pool make it super easy for everyone to enjoy a good swim. If the beach is preferred, just walk right across the street. Literally.
There is no in-house gym but a fitness center is located just five minutes away for guests who want to stay in shape.
The on-site café serves up treats from delicious breakfast and lunch menus. The Monday night BBQ features local favorites like grilled fish and rum punch. I highly recommend it.
Families with children can take advantage of the room pre-stocking service before they arrive at the hotel. On those lazy nights when you just want to eat in, dinner can be ordered by contacting the management office. Just be sure to contact them ahead of time.
The arc-shaped configuration of Beach View Barbados ensures that many of its units come with a view of the pool and Paynes Bay Beach, a beach well-known for its snorkeling and turtle viewing. Some of the rooms also face the garden, but if you would prefer a pool/beach view, you can make a request when booking. Room rate is slightly higher.
The spacious units are tastefully decorated with an authentic Caribbean flavor. An open floor plan reveals separate dining and living areas, and a large, fully-equipped kitchen that complements the unit. All suites are fully air-conditioned in the living and bedroom areas. There is a stacked washer/dryer unit for your added convenience.
The one-bedroom suite features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, and private balcony. Size is 1,000 square feet.
